Words to Fibre Books

Wai-O-Tapu book

An exploration of unique book forms to complement individual themes, using felting techniques, digital image transfer, and surface treatments. You can create your own personal journal or memento of a special occasion or event, a memorable experience, or a reminder of someone special. Alternatively, you can create an illustrated fibre book that reveals the story of a chosen text or favourite poem as the 'pages' are turned (or opened out), or explore a chosen theme - freed from the conventions of rectangular paper and card formats, by using a mixed-media approach.
